I have £11k to invest plus £100 per month

Whats the deal with the alliance and leicester premier isa issue 2? The 10% rate sounds high, whats the catch?

    Suggest that you read the small print on this page.

    Requirement to open current account, no transfers of previous ISA funds without putting 50% into a Stocks & Shares ISA, etc.
