Virgin Megastore - 5 items for £30

Just received 3 of the 4 items I ordered - the last one is out of stock. The £19.95 discount has been applied and the correct amount for the total order after discount has been charged to my credit card.

I am now waiting to see what will happen if the remaining item turns out to be unavailable - will I receive a refund of £16.99 (the full price of the item) or be told that I owe them an extra few quid because my total spend no longer qualifies for the discount ?

(I will be keeping the other items on one side & unused until I know the outcome !)

Tried this a few minutes ago and it said the voucher was not valid.

Just a quick note to everyone about Virgin's invoices - the full amounts are shown on the right hand side but there should be a note on the left hand side about the discount and amount debited.

(I initially thought I hadn't got the discount as it is not included in the total on the right hand side.)

Yeah, just tried the voucher and it is now invalid :'( That will teach me not to view the site only every other day!!!

I placed my order last night, I got the confirmation email straight away, it's showing the discounted amount, does that mean it's gone through ok or is there another sort of receipt email to come?

That's all you receive. The only other receipt you get is with your items.

Seems like they've caught on. The 5 for 30 was on their homepage this morning, it's no longer there - and the code comes up with an error message when you put it into the checkout.
