I tried to email some photos to my parents this morning and the email got bounced back stating the file was too big 14MB, and now if I go into Outlook it hangs and I am unable to delete this email, any suggestions? I tried restoring the system back to yesterday and that worked but the email is still there, and I cannot do anything at all, it hangs.
I would most appreciate your help.

Just delete the mail message from the Outbox, if your ISP has webmail see if its their and delete it also.0

You could try running the InBox repair too, SCANPST on it.
Details here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287497
If you are running Windows XP Scanpst will be located somewhere like:
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\xxxx\NT\SCANPST.EXE
where xxxx are digits such as 10330 -
ronben,
thanks for that, I have tried that, I have deleted from webmail (pipex) but I cannot delete or for that matter do anything in outlook, it hangs.

Thats for asking, but I have tried that several times and I have located the 1033 and scanned the files but it is stating that the repair cannot be done as the application is already open, which it is not.

Start in safe mode with no networking and then try a delete.0

I have tried safe mode as well, but still cannot do anything in Outlook, it still hangs, my OH is trying to sort it out now, so far we have spent 11 hours and it still isn't working, we are going to delete/remove outlook and reload it, we have no other choice, I cannot justify spending more time on it.
Thank you for your help.
