    acceptance does not have to be a physical signature, by using the card even once you are acting on the contract with their terms in place and therefore are deemed to have accepted the contract according to the law

    Thanks for the reply.
    I am still confused with the T&C's though. Maybe they should change them to say by using the card you accept the T&C's, then that would make sense.
    I have not intention of cancelling as it is an excellent deal.

    Gotta go now and think up other ways to scam Cineworld - maybe I will smuggle a bag of Monster Munch in.

    The contract is worded fine and legally binding

    Your not trying to scam so why are you so interested?

    You asked peoples opinions and that is that it is legally binding
