Help Fraud Credit Card

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the right place to post but need some advice. i purchased something through the internet onmy credit card and the next day realised that the company was not legitimate. I found information warnign people about this site and problems they have had with refunds. I have cancelled the order with them and they have emailed me a response saying it has been cancelled but I have not been able to contact them by phone and only spoke to one of their reps on the internet who said it would take 2 weeks for a refund. I have spoken to my bank who have said there is nothing i can do until they have taken the money. It has left my account but they havent taken it yet. How can I get my money back????

It was £530 so I dont want to let this go!

please help!!

  • This transaction will only be authorised & not completed so the transaction may never show on your account. The bank cannot do anything until this happens then you have to dispute the transaction in the first place & the they should pass it to the fraud dept. Please do not try to deal with the branch, but, use the telephone help line.
