Many thanks Madmac - Audacity got it reversed so I can listen to it on my Mac, but it won't let me export it so can't move it to iTunes. But hey, at least I can hear it! Top tip ta.
You need to download the mp3 encoder to export as mp3. More info here (depends on which version of Audacity you are using):
