Sorry if this is on here already, just did a quick search..
I have moved to a rented property and the dish and all the leads are in place.
As I do not want Sky, do I just buy a box of Ebay to watch the free channels or do I need card? My TV has freeview built in but only gets a few extra channels.
I was going to sign up with them for their cheap deal, but where I live it isn't that cheap!!
Thanks in advance

Just buying the box on ebay will get you BBC, ITV (Channel 4 within the next month I believe) but not 5.
This will effectively be a "freesat" service.
The offical freesat stuff is coming within the next few months with new satellite boxes that use the same dish but have different electronic program guides.
These boxes will not be anygood though if you want to add Sky at a later date.
You will also get loads of other channels for free but may not be of interest.
sky have a version on freesat - www.freesatfromsky.com that has a channel listing.
The BBC backed freesat is coming soon.I beep for Robins - Beep Beep
