Hi, Can anyone help me please?
I am able to open web sites, but more often than not, cannot go any further, ie. open links etc, cannot even open a link from an email

Sorry, not Im not technical at all ..... by web browser, do you mean - I am using 'Windows Internet Explorer' ??A creative mess is better than tidy idleness0 -
Open Internet Explorer, then tools, internet options, advanced then reset, close browser then re-open and it should be fixed.0
