Can someone give me some quick updates?

Options
I am not called droopy for nothing.
How come folk are still getting to court and getting settlements, I have been waiting since August 2nd when ON THE DAY, my court hearing was 'stayed'. I have heard nothing since, and as I would not be considered a poverty/special case....I have been sat on my 'butty' waiting for SOMETHING...ANYTHING...to happen.
What am I missing? I got nearly £200 in charges this last month for being overdrawn £25, and being too flippin broke to pay it back quickly before the daily fees got added. I am not on any benefits, just like everyone else finding it tough to live!
My student son just had £300 in charges, he changed jobs and his bank did not cancel his direct debits as they were told to, they claim he did not tell them to..I was there and he did tell them...his bank have said, wait for the court case to end before they will talk to him or let him register any claim.

Basically I thought the bank claiming was a dead deal now...so what do I need to know please?

Sorry to be thick....I gave up and gave in!
