Am having problems with open office and have set up a spreadsheet but cant seem to see how to set up a formula - I knew how to do it in excel as there was a sum button - is there not one in open office?

I don't use Open Office but just type the formula into the cell. Click on Help, you should be able to customise your displayed toolbars etc.:doh: Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

Under view there is an option to display the formula bar, and one of the buttons on it is the function wizard - or you can just type the formula in like excel2014 running challenge 471.95 km / 1000 km.0
