MP3 Renaming /tagging

I am looking for a program that can rename MP3 files to be what they are supposed to be.

Explanation:

I have ripped practically all my CD collection over the years for use in my cars MP3 player (so Im not carrying about 10-11 cd's). All of my older ripped CD's do not have track names but are simply titled 01-Track1, 02-Track 2 and so on. Is there a program that I could put in the name of the album and it would rename the tracks for me.

I did own a piece of software that did this but unfortunatley lost it and cant remember what it was.

I am willing to pay a decent amount for any software that can do this so not only looking for free stuff.

Thanks
