I have £15,000 that I need to move as I have over the 'safe' £35,000 in an account at the moment, I have used up my cash isa allowance for this year, I don't need access to the money, I want it to be tax free and I don't want any risk to my money. I am thinking of putting it into NS&i Index-linked savings certificates but was just wondering if anyone has any other suggestions?

If you have already used your ISA allowance then Index linked certificates are a good option. Particularly with the inflation outlook, you should get a good return in the short term at least.
