DLL..error..??

can someone help me out here please. For some reason dll error has appeared during the boot up with following... : cannot locate file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\(b7c5d91e-b744-dec2-eb49-2f3895f6f28a)dll
appreciate any guidance..thanks.

    Looks a bit naughty. That looks like a temp folder/download filename normally hidden as well, however it might have been deleted if its in a temp location and you have cleaned up.

    this only happanned after my daughter finished doing her school work
    using the bbc website..."bitesize"

    You do realise you can remove that error from appearing in startup?

    start >> run >>msconfig>> startup tab and see if it is in there and disable it.

    If its not there the go here:

    Start >Run >Regedit >HKey local machine> software > current version > run and see if it is in there.. if so delete it.

    Reboot and voila, bye bye any DLL popup errors.

    Download and install CCLeaner, very good freeware program sorts most problems out. ccleaner.com
