I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good GI diet cookbook?
I'm looking for something with recipes that don't take too long / aren't too complicated and doesn't include too many recipes combining meat and fruit together.
Any ideas much appreciated!

Hi you tried the GI diet board on ivillage.co.uk
Just go to message boards then lifestyle/diet, GI has its own message board on there, and you will get lots of info,help, recipes, just wish I could stick to it!!! hope this helps
