I ordered £31 of items and these were delivered next day, but a £12 boys outfit is going back to the stire today.

As I used FREEDELV code as over £30 will they now charge me £3.5- deliver once item returned?

Hi, During the Christmas sale I used the Free delivery code and then returned things to the store which brought my bill to under £30. I was never charged the delivery charge. I would definitely return to store though rather than sending back by post.

Placed an order last week in the 2 day sale. Did think of the problems I had re. the Xmas sale but thought surely a) it wouldn't be as busy and b) surely they would have sorted their system by now.

All 6 items showing as despatch between 30 April and 2 May - rang CS yesterday to try and ascertain exactly when they were being despatched and she said they were being packed.

Looked today to see if showing as despatched and would you believe it - showing as despatch between 8 - 10 July!!!!

Now call me cynical but I really do not believe that they will secure more stock to send out as sale items. One item has also disappeared from the order.

Spoke to CS who looked and said "Oh yes, we will get some more and send them to you - I promise."

Needless to say, I won't be holding my breath.
