    I've given up with M&S online. I ordered both sale and non sale items , 5 things in total and although the basket/checkout showed everything I only received 3 items. One of the items was sale the other non sale. I phoned them but just got half hearted apology. Really fed up!

    If you have ordered stuff and not received it, ring them up.... hsrdly fair to moan about them on here without letting them know there is a problem!

    OP, did you mean the sale started yesterday or next thursday?

    Me as well - just not worth all the time spent looking and placing the order when they go and cancel just about all of it.
    Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:
