It's her responsibility to get the bag back to you. Don't answer that rhetorical question from her. Custardy's right about not getting into any conversation with her at all.
You've made your position clear. The ball is in her court. She shouldn't ask you for answers to her problems about postage and packing.
If you feel that you must answer her, then say something non-committal like:
'You might want to look at the Buyer's Complaint procedure on the Ebay and Paypal Help Pages. You will find clear instructions on the safest method of delivery.'
And leave it at that.0 -
Personally I would tell them that if they use recorded delivery then they can tell it's not lost in the post, and that they should understand it from your position - you have sold a bag you are sure is new (even if the buyer disagrees), and now the Buyer wants you to refund here and you could be left with no bad and no money...feelgudtime wrote: »that is what she has sent back what should i reply to it
