Baxi Combi 105 he

Hello All,

First time here so I am looking forward to your help.

The water pressure on the central heating goes down from the 1.2bar to .5bar over about a week. There are no leaks that I can see in the system or boiler and the pressure valve has been replaced.

Any thoughts and/or help would be gratefully recieved.

    Hi

As long as the pressure relief valve doesn't leak, then it's a leak you can't see .Under the floor is fairly obvious so you may have to start digging/ lifting boards.
Try isolating the boiler by turning the flow and return valves under the boiler off. If the pressure stays up the leak is external to the boiler.(Not very convenient as it would mean not using the boiler for a few days)
