Claimed and won, but have to pay it back!!!!

Hi I need some help please, I have successfully reclaimed my bank charges from Sainsbury Visa, there was £1500, just in bank charges (so I hadn't actually paid it, Sainsbury have just cancel the debt really),!!while I was doing this Sainsburys 'sold my debt to 'iQor' (never heard of them Lol), anyway now iQor are demanding I fill in a form with my outgoings to come to an agreement to pay them!!! £1500..I have send a copy of my acceptance of £1500 from Sainsbury to iQor to prove that Sainsbury have cancelled the debt ...surely it is up to this iQor, to deal with Sainsburys, as it was Sainsbury who sold the debt. iQor seem to think I should repay them the £1500 that Sainsbury gave me!, but no money was received on my part, just the charges, which I hadn't paid anyway, were cancelled...hope you understand what I am trying to say...not quite sure what is the best thing to do...so any help would be great...;) Lilly. ps this Company IQor are saying I must get in touch with Sainsbury Visa regarding any issues with Bank Charges.!!!! what!!!!!

thanks for your reply, and yes you are quite right, I don't own them a penny!!! but do I ignore them, or write them a nasy letter Lol......I just can't see where they are coming from, why do they think I own them money?......and what to do....I suppose they are just trying it on, but I just want it sorted, if you know what I mean Lol.....Lilly ps a couple of months back, I rung them at least twice, and they said oh, just send in a copy of Sainsbury offer, which I did, but know they want money!!!!!!

write one letter to both companies stating that they need to come to an agreement with each other

Hi yes that makes sense, should be fun writing the Letter, not that brillant at writing that sort of letter.......thank you anyway...I will have a go...Lol.
