Morphy Richards

bought a jug kettle in may 2006 and it has recently started leaking from below the handle.
phoned MR this afternoon to see if it could be repaired, but its no longer made.........but MR give a 2 YEAR MANUFACTURERS' GUARANTEE
they are sending me a new kettle to replace the leaky one foc [ the new one costs more than the original one!]
would defineately buy morphy richards products in the future over other brands now I know how good their customer service lines and after sales service is:T

    i second that for excellent customer service i telephoned them about a kettle that i had bought in january and today a brand spanking new one arrived, well done morphy richards:T
