Tesco Swansea Marina and Tesco Port Talbot will take coupons,under their Tesco policy, where other Tesco stores, will only take one.

I find Swansea Marina to be a bit `iffy` with vouchers on the Self Scan tills-I usually end up with the member of staff in charge, rushing over & insisting on opening up the coupon slot,which gets on my pip!!:eek:

Fforestfach act like you are trying to steal something if you use anything other than their own coupons.

Don't use the self service tills in Tesco Marina, go to an ordinary till.
The staff have been enlightened, but if a problem, then the supervisors Know the policy.
They do look at the vouchers carefully to check the date and whether they sell the item in the store.

In Fforestfach they will only take 1 coupon if you have not bought the product.

they should accept one of each type so long as the item is stocked in Tesco,and all in date

go to CS and tell them to ring Dundee regarding the policy!

i used to like the old tesco policy of accepting any vouchers as long as they stocked the item. Years ago, I used to read a trashy newspaper which sold at 25p per issue. One day it had a 50p off a 4 pack of guinness coupon printed in it. I had one of those lightbulb moments. i used the voucher to buy 2 more copies of the paper, went to the car, tore out the 2 vouchers and went back and bought 4 copies of the paper. Unfortunately Tesco only had 30 odd copies of the paper, so I could only make £4 or so, but you should have seen the looks i got buying 16 copies and paying for tehm with guinness vouchers

I think it took me about 20 min to turn my 25p into £4 - not a bad hourly rate.

of course there is variation in the amount / %age accepted

but my local is accepting any at the moment :T

The USA Sunday papers have oodles of coupons. I never see coupons here, please enlighten me. I get Tesco vouchers for Electricity&Gas with E.ON,Internet/Credit Card/Online Shopping. What is the best place to find coupons?
