Costco

I just returned to Costco the Samsung 4GB MP3 player which I bought from them a good couple of years ago. I told them that it hadn't been charging properly, but to be honest they didn't really ask anyway. In a blink of an eye they gave me a full cash refund, which they insisted on doing that way as "it's easier then putting it back on a card"...and who am I to argue...lol.

A superb level of service and quite unique really. They certainly take all of the worry out of buying electricals and the hassle if they go wrong. :T

I was very tempted to upgrade straight away to the Ipod Touch 16GB which they had on display.
