Can i cancel online abbey cc application done this morning?

Hello everyone

I wondered if anyone knows if its possible to cancel an online application made his morning?

My reason for doing so is because I've since been reading that you don't hear for a while whether online applications are successful, so thought I might go into the branch instead where i've read that you hear straight away.

Give them a ring now. But credit check may have alread been done.

I applied for my card online on the 26 February and when I rang a week later they claimed that it had been approved on that day.

However, I should point out that seven weeks on and I still have not got the bloomin card! Been told the PIN went out this week and card to follow :rolleyes:
