Foreign tracker funds?

I'm looking to dip my toe into investing in China, India and Brazil or Latin America, but would prefer to avoid actively managed funds in favour of a tracker type fund, tracking the local equivalent of the FTSE.
Does anyone do tracker funds for any of these countries? If so, where do I look? I've never been able to find trackers for anywhere other than the UK markets.
With our without an ISA wrapper, I'm not fussed on that, as I can use my ISA allowance elsewhere if I don't use it for this.

Try the Trustnet Fund Filter
http://www.trustnet.com/general/adv-search.asp
with Sector = Indexed Funds
and you should find trackers for
UK (100, 250, All, techmark)
US
European (ex-UK)
Pacific (ex-Japan)
Japan
Global
I think there are also some Investment Trust trackers
e.g.
Gartmore Fledgling Trust (FTSE Fledgling (ex. Investment Companies) Index)0 -
There are Exchange Traded Funds (ETF's) that track virtually every Index you can think of, they usually have very low AMC's (less than 0.5%) and can be bought and sold cheaply through most Stock Brokers

The main providers of ETF's in stock market index's are
Barclays i-Shares www.ishares.co.uk
Deutsche Bank X-Trackers www.dbxtrackers.co.uk
Soc Gen Lyxor ETF's www.lyxoretf.co.uk'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0
