we spotted a massive bag of them in the ethnic food section in tesco.
It was about £1.50 for a bag that must have been at least a KG0 -
yeah i get mine from tesco, and asda called popping corn, i make it and take it to school, they sell it in the breakfast club 20 p a bag, all money goes towards school trip at the end of the yeari will be debt free, i will0

Asda or Julian Graves i have found are the best bet my local tesco & sainsburys do not always have them.
We make ours in a big saucepan with just a big blob of butter, burner on high and keep moving the pan as the butter melts it never burns and tastes great.Still TryingGrocery challenge July 2016
£400/£0000 -
Anyone know where I can get a bulk/sack of them from, online and delivered please?Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac0

This thread was perfect timing for me as we got our popcorn maker last week.
My local Tesco, Asda & Morrisons do not stock the popping corn, a little independant store does but has been out of stock for the last week.
I do not have a Julian Graves nearby they are online but wanted over £5 for delivery! So I ended up buying them from Ethical Superstore - the popcorn itself was dearer but worked out cheaper in the end because the delivery charges were much lower. Havnt seen anywhere online that you could bulk buy from.

where can i buy popping corn and how do i then turn it into popcorn?0

I'm about to try and make some for the first time! It was 79p in Tescos, made by fudco, and I found it in the "world foods" aisle.0

Sainsburys sell it near the dried pulses in my local store.
You basically just chuck it in a lidded pan over a medium heat. Keep giggling it about and listen for the popping. When the popping noise starts to slow down, take it off the heat and leave the lid on for about another minute.
Then add your favourite flavouring..melted butter, sugar, cinnamon. curry powder, chilli, honey or anything else that takes your fancyTwins, twice the laughs, twice the fun, twice the mess!:j:j0 -
Most healthfood stores stock it as well...0

I get mine from Julian Graves. I'll add this to the existing thread on where to source popping corn.
You can take a look at this thread - HM popcorn, for more ideas.
