bt and £50 deposit?

can someone tell me as i have just paid a £50 deposit for a new phone line with bt and i apid by credit card, at the end of 12 months i get this back in a refund but can someone tell me how this is paid? is it cheque, credit to my bt acct or credited to my credit card?

It might be worth asking them to review the 12 months after you've been with them 2 full quarters.
They may release the deposit and credit your account with it if the bills have been paid with no problems.0 -
