Congrats on signing up for race for life by the way- might just see you there! I really should start training but this searching high and low for boots bargains must vaguely count as some sort of training :rotfl:
Gorgeous bags- finally arrived in the Oxford city centre branch today. Have to admit I was a bit sceptical about all the hype as I wasn't overly impressed with the pics I've seen, but they are really nice! Grabbed one for me and one for my sister as well before she gets jealous and tries to steal mine :rotfl:
Had an awesome shop today- the SA was really lovely. Think I'll email CS now to sing her praises :j
Evening all, not seen you around here over the weekend sk u bin ok?

I checked the signs, and it looks like the 342 vitamin sale lasts until May 6. Which means it will still be going on during the bank holiday weekend "10 points per pound" offer! I'm running low on calcium, but will hold off until that weekend to get my extra points (and I have a 150 points on Boots vitamins coupon, too, and a double points on total spend). Just thought I'd mention it if anyone needs vitamins.
The vitamins 3 for 2 offer is a 'permanant' offer. When I say permanant I mean they might change it at any time but its very unlikely. They have been on 3 for 2 for as long as I can remember, certainly a couple of years at the very least.0 -

May pop into our little Boots tomorrow in my dinner break to use some of the ACM vouchers I have.
I have quite a few Botanics vouchers to use but have been warned to smell them first as some aren't very nice. I have bought the 3 minute Hair Mask 2 for £5 plus 250pts from the ACM which didn't seem a bad deal.
Could I have some help please on what to buy with my other vouchers ...
ACM
1/2 price wyb Botanics Facial Skincare
Save £1 wyb Botanics Indulgent Bathing Range
100pts on Botanics Bath, Body & face accessory range
PC
Save £1 wyb Botanics Bathing
100pts wyb Botanics Organic Range
100pts on Botanics Baby
Thank you for any pointers
Botanics that you can use with acm 1/2 price facial skincare, 3 for 2 on skincare and 100pts pc organic range are:
Botanics Organic Lip balm £3.99
Botanics Organic Rosewater toner £3.99
Botanics Organic Superbalm £4.99
Cheapest thing you can use acm 100pts on Botanics Bath, Body & face accessory range is the Botanics Sisal Buffer £1.99
Cheapest thing to use pc 100pts on Botanics Baby is the £2.75 wipes, I used these on my face and they are nice lol
As for acm/pc bathing...staff do not even know what 'indulgent' bathing covers, although bet someone here will know lol0 -
Hellooo!
I'm new to all this bootsing but have been reading the thread for the past few days and thought I would share my shopping today and also ask for some advice.
Firstly I bought
100% gorgeous bag £3
expert hair removal & finishing cream £2.59
handed over the 100 extra points from the mag when buying an expert product.
I then found the free expert tin when you buy 2 expert products so I managed to get a refund on the hair removal (I paid by card originally but the nice SA gave e it back in cash and didn't take off the 100 extra points!)
He then started all over again
expert hair removal & finishing cream £2.59
expert sensitive hydrating eye cream £4.49
Expert GWP tin £0
Total - £7.08
Managed to sneak in another 100 points voucher from the mag too!
I also got the £2 till spit which I then tried to get the Bourgois nail polish remover but they wouldn't let me have it as it's only for colour products. Anyone else had this?
It also says on my till spit that the voucher cannot be redeemed against
- mini Bourgois range
- Bourgois pencil sharpener
- price reduced lines or beauty accessories
I thought of trying another boots but I couldn't find any more nail polish remover! I ended up buying
Umberto Giannini shampoo £4.19
Umberto Giannini conditioner £4.19
Bourgois eye liner £4.25
Handed over the £2 till spit and the half price PC voucher for the conditioner so ended up paying £6.15 so was quite happy!
BUT (advice time), was there a better way I could have done all this to get more points?
And could someone tell me how they managed to get the Bourgois nail polish remover with the £2 till spit?! (And would anyone who has tweezers if they would like to swap for a till spit?)
Thanks!
Forgot to say
100% Gorgeous bags are available in the big Boots on Oxford Street, London. They're dotted around the store.
Bourgois nail polish remover also available in the same store.0 -
Need to go to somerfield for milk, so before I do. More bargains in St enochs downstairs today. Tights, nail stuff, lots of toiletries(I dont need any!) hair bobbles and small bags and purses. Worth a look if you are there.
treated myself to the last lonely Givenchy Ange Du demon gift set with the 50ml perfume and 2 tubes. it was reduced to £22.99 but went through the till at £14.99!!! The perfume is about £45 on its own. I have wanted it for a while so I'm chuffed. Also bought a "derma spa microdermabrasion foot and hand kit" by red for kiss for £10. Anyone used it?
B Back soon.

You did brill! If you want more expert though, cheapest is to get GWP and use 100pts mag voucher on is...
2 x silky mits @ £1.19?(£2.38) or lip protection which is on 3 for 2 @£1.59(£3.18) or 2 x £2.39 babywipes on bogof(£2.39)
Nail polish remover does not seem to work, so just really the tweezers/sharpeners are good.0
