Afternoon everyone - can't believe I have just been into Boots dressed as I am.

Because it is St.Georges Day on Wednesday, we had a parade today for local Districts of Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Rainbows, Brownies & Guides (hope I haven't missed any). I am a leader and so had to march in my uniform. :rotfl:

Was this in Newport as my little brother was in this parade :) Hope you had fun?

can i say thanks to the kind MSE'er that sent me the half price sunglasses voucher (sorry i forget who it was and have to keep pm box clear so cant check back, sorry again) got some fab designer glasses on order today from BOOTS for princely sum of £59!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
but.... forgot you dont get as many points from BOOTS opticians, and forgot to use my double points voucher and forgot to check ACM for total spend points (was so excited that i found some specs i liked!!) any ideas if this colossal (sp) mistake can be rectified, and can i still be in the BOOTS club as i know i really deserve to be thrown out after letting the side down like this!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

No, but I'm quite sure it won't work :( I often buy skincare and healthcare items together and they always comes in separate parts of receipt, and if SA scan some skincare and some healthcare before she finished scan everything, she asks 'vitamins is on 342 at the moment, did you take 3rd item?' so I would be in doubt if they could be combined. But skincare and No7 might be - do you remember No7 and Suncare offers? Shelfs full of No7 suncare reminds me those happy days in Boots :rotfl:

Skincare and No 7 skincare is combinable but not all No7 as I tried it with the Men's hair and body wash on Saturday.

    HTH

    Hi Jenny,
Thanks for your post. I feel like a whale 24-7 and hate getting dressed cause nothing fits, other than that the pregnancy is going fine thanks!

All the offers/glitches people are talking about on this thread never seem to be available in any store near me. Maybe I should sell my house and move closer to where the action is!!!:D

ANY good offer in store- reduced or something part of a glitch- will cheer me up! I'm also looking to get good bargains with lots of points cause I'm saving my points to get the basic necessities for the new baby.

If you do find out about any good offers at Bluewater , please keep us posted so that i can try and get hold of them too- as quick as I can before they disappear without a trace!!!!;)

    Will do
