Ooooh, I like that geordie_lass, so thanks for that. I like all of the Revlon and got a gorgeous eye-shadow for £3 (or maybe £5 - forgotten again lol) but it's so nice I've never used it. Just looked at it
:rotfl:
That sound like me passion8! lots of lovely make up to look at, not to use!!
You will be glad to know the face mask is off, very messy too! but my skin feels very smooth. There was a familiar smell, apart from the chocolate(here I go again!) and then spotted on the packet it said "anti stress". So its one of those herbal things which I keep getting a whiff of.
Going to sign off and tidy up a bit before bed.
Last thing, I thought I spotted a sign up a couple of days ago in Boots for a YSL GWP with 2 products. It had a white make up bag and a small bottle of the new (Elle?)perfume amongst other things. Checked out YSL today to work out cheapest things and no signs re GWP, also sign from other day nowhere to be seen!! Did I dream it!!!!
Night all

Evening all,
Good to see all the bargains everyone has been getting, wish I could be that lucky on a boots trip!! Recently I have noticed a number of comments that are really unecessary or havn't been thought out before posting, for instance an earlier post about looking like a black & white minstrel. The black and white minstrels were used to take the mick out of black people and people could take offense to a comment like that, if people carry on the way that they are going, this thread will be scrapped which will be a big loss to everyone. So PLEASE can we stop & think before we post from now on.
Thanks

I asked a SA how much it'd be with it having no barcode or brush (as you know after our chance meeting today, lol) so she went away and asked a manager for me

Still got 2 round p&p sets I haven't cracked open yet 'coz it would be a shame to ruin a set!' also my blue med bag still in one piece!! Glad I'm not alone ! Trouble is I buy the sets don't use them then have to buy individual items to use!!
Exactly the same! (Except for the huge age difference lol). But I bought 2 of those Mother's Day sets, before I realised I was allergic to the P&P, and that's on the shelf like some sorta trophy lol.
My dd, on the other hand, opened hers the minute I gave her it .....then promptly binned the box!
Sacrilege!
But even the bags I've bought like S&G, Botanics, and sets like the compact etc, are still untouched
But at least I can make gifts of those, unlike the 6 Suzie Smith bags I won on ebay. They've hardly seen the light of day in about 4 yearslol.
That's why I like Boots, and being surrounded by lovely things (especially in the sale)

My last good deed resulted in yet another dirty look from the No7 SA after I pointed out that it was cheaper to buy the round Mother's day set, than just a P&P serum lol. She asked me if I wanted her job, which was kind of spiteful of her - looking like I do LOL.
Ok what have I missed? Two heads?
I got No7'd last week but took the offending articles for a refund at another store. She zoomed in on me and confused me, started picking through my basket (which was overflowing with 1500pts worth of reduced stuff too) saying "let's see what you've got" and picked out the No7 stuff
She wouldn't try the £5 off till I'd spent £20 after the 3for2 and I'd added a R&B reduced brush but it didn't work with the tillspit so was nice to have almost £7 to start me off on my next spree
So if you can get multiple xx off xx spends in different denominations can they be combined if you're doing a bigger shop?0 -
