OK...own up....which one of you was it? :D

Took two mates shopping in Oxford centre today to teach them the art of Bootsing and couldn't believe it when I saw 2 MF Mothers Day boxes - grabbed one and went through tills with my other bits. Showed my mate and gave her instructions on what to do....went back and the other one was gone!!! It could only have been one of you ladies!

Also found several £2 vouchers and got a Bourjois tweezers.

No sign of gorgeous bags.....unless I missed them.

    Hi Freebird,
Not guilty!! I noticed both the MF GWP’s had vanished at lunchtime but it wasn’t me! I didn’t have any luck with them so well done :D
Where did you find the tweezers? I've been checking every day and not been able to find them at all in the Oxford city centre branch!

Hi I had a GWP refused before and called cs who were lovely and sent me one through the post and put 1500 points on my card for the inconvenience as you are entitled to the GWP whether you pay with points or not
According to the Lancome consultants, this doesn't apply to their products though. I've had conflicting information from customer services.

The end result was that I bought using cash to get the GWPs, mailed customer service, who apologised and gave me 500 points, then went in with email and had it refunded in cash, and debited in points.

I know the end result was that I was better off, but it was a right fuss. I asked her to make sure that the message from customer services and their consultants was the same and she took my email and said would sort.

I've never had a problem with other brands - the only thing I am aware of that you can't do when paying with points are to claim bonus points, use a manufacturers money off coupon or use one of the ACM free item coupons.

I feel the need to email customer services again, as it really was a pain, and the consultant made me feel I was in the wrong for them not agreeing.

Ah well - nice make up though...
So many glitches, so little time...

If you want something fab to use your voucher on, I would really recommend the Bourjois waterproof metallic eyeliner. I've got the green one, and it's utterly fabulous - ends up as being £2.25 after discount, and I'd say it's very nearly as good as the Lancome equivalent.
