Ship Simulator Game

Hi experts - we have Windows XP and a Ship Simulator game by Lighthouse Interactive. It loaded ok but the game 'hangs' as though loading a destination for our ship and locks the computer so we have to reboot. Game requires 1GB ram/hard drive space - our computer has 510 mb ram memory - not enough? can we buy memory and plug it in or is it a bit more technical?

go to www.crucial.com/uk and run the online memory tool to ensure you get matching memory.
Yes, it is pretty much a case of 'buy it, bung it in' :)

If you want a more knowledgable response for that particular game, try www.shipsimonline.co.uk - a forum for the game run by my friend's son!

Additionally try lighthouses own website which has minimum requirements etc. Is your graphics card up to it ?
