Hi all, am i right in thinking that if i`ve got wi-fi on my laptop, i can log onto the net off other peoples internet provider if they have it unlocked? Most importantly, do they know!? I`ve seen it advertised in pubs/bars etc for access at £2/3 per hour. Sorry if i`m a bit naive, its all new to me!
