Hi all
I received a letter from ulster bank last week asking me to get in contact about an administrative matter - if I didn't contact them within 1 month they would assume that I had moved addressed.
If you also got this letter its worth making contact - they are refunding me charges taken from my student account (circa 1995ish) which should never have been charged - with interest it amounts to over £270.
