Cheques sent & cleared - no sign of statements

Wow, I have just searched through my PC. Due to unforeseen family circumstances around the time of the cheques clearing I had forgotten about this.
I paid 2 cheques to 2 banks, 2 different accounts with charges.
I have not had the statements from either, but managed to access the account of 1 online.
The banks themselves have quite nicely cashed my cheques but given me no insight to the request I made with the template of the 1st letter from this site.
What can I do? Any ideas? Should I use the 2nd template, re-wording my money fields for the 1 that I managed to get into.
As I said I requested statements from 2 banks. What do I do about the 2nd bank. I cannot access the online banking as the account has been closed for quite sometime.
So, basically I have 2 accounts which I can claim the charges & 1 that I can't as I have no idea how much they could be.
I have had no response, not even an acknowledgement, just the fact that they definitely cashed my cheques.
Please can someone help or advise.
