Official Note: American Airlines are offering 2 for 1 flights to nine destinations in the US. Call 0845 6060462 and quote "Lilo & Stitch 2".

You can get all prices and details here. These aren’t the cheapest flights in the world to start off with though (see chart below), so you still need to shop around. All the same, £233 each for a flight to New York ain’t bad.

Although the offer states that the fares quoted include taxes; the terms and conditions says that they're excluded. Confusing - maybe I'm just reading it wrong.

This worked a treat -- huge thanks OP. Massive saving against the next cheapest flight for dates I needed.

Remember to quote "Lilo and Stitch 2", the sequel. The prices listed above are indeed inclusive of all taxation and charges. No unique code number is needed at any stage.

Just phoned up for prices to New York in November. for 2 it is £464 with promotion, but you can book same flights on Ebookers without the promotion for £460 (£230 each inclusive)

Apparently the phone prices are more expensive than advertised web prices.

I challenged the phone operator about this (American Airlines website shows £297 per person + £30 taxes) by my reckoning the price should have been £297 / 2 + £60 = £417)

Its a bit of an empty gesture really, and in any case, I prefer to book online because you don't have to keep spelling out every word in your name and address......

Does it say anywhere on this promotion that iti is telephone booking only???
No reliance should be placed on the above.

It may be worth looking at this if you want to go to America cheaply.

    http://www.timeout.com/offers/2for1/

buy the guide book for £10.99 and get a 2 for 1

I have bought the book, so I will report back the prices on the flights when I get my voucher........
No reliance should be placed on the above.
  • I look forward to the costs from timeout.

does that mean stay in New York, or stay in a place they put you?

I dont have a problem with the first option!!

Do you have the T's and C's to hand then?

What do you make of the offer?
No reliance should be placed on the above.

I think that just means you can't fly there on a monday, and come back the same week on Friday. I want to use the offer for a week, so it is impossible not be be there on a saturday (well almost)
No reliance should be placed on the above.
  • Don't bother with the Timeout offer - Sent off for mine 3 months ago - they then sent me a form to fill in stating preferred dated of travel and selecting your choice of city - i.e. Washington, New York, Boston.

I ticked New York as my pref as thats where I wanted to go, but didnt realise I had to list the destinations in order of where I would most like to go, so duely received my form returned to me by post.

My fault i suppose, but as I had no interest in travelling to Washington or Boston I found this to be a needless excersise! Anyway, completed form to their spec and returned it - still waiting 3+ months later....
