we know that is why we have said it shouldnt be anonymous when you do the actual call but the caller should never be identified to the claimant and all detials kept confidential unless it is shown to be out of spite that they made the call otherwise people wouldnt report the ones who are breaking the law.
i know it would be difficult to implement but surely an awful lot of tax payers money is being wasted because of these callers.

It would probably put a lot of genuine people off reporting if they were made to give their name, so I doubt that people will ever be forced to leave their name.
