    yes i have found that out thanks to this site i just wish i was as clued up when they were being horrid on the phone. as my gran says it will all come out in the wash only in my case it will also be colour run !!any how got to go now guys hubby needs to do some work thanx again for all your support will keep checking in and good luck to everyone else

    Right OK, well right now, that's only telephone talk, next time tell them you will NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING ON THE PHONE, YOU WILL ONLY DEAL IN WRITING, AND WRITING ONLY, and make sure you stick to that.

    If a charging order is granted, you will not lose your home.

    Yes we have and they say to keep sending them all the letters that we receive and to let them know when court forms arrive as they will help us fill them in we are with payplan and they have been great.they said that they have actually had acceptance for 1 of the accounts from marlin so i don't know whats happening

    Threats, thats all it is, threats, there trying to intimidate you that's all it is.

    If, and I say if, it gets to court, you simply ask the judge to refuse their application, as this will be unfair on your other creditors, and that you have been running a DMP with no problems.

    The judge will make a decision on what's in front of him, and not what merlin say / want.
