Is it just me, or do ICICI telephone support shout at you like you've got a mental age of 5 (apologies to all five year olds) ?

    I've never had them shout, they do seem less than competent though. They never seem to have any conclusive answers to queries. very wishy washy.

    I've emptied my account with them because I'm sick of there constant "Technical Difficulties" they seem to face.
    My farts hospitalize small children :o
