slimming pills

hello

I need to lose some weight before I go on holiday in june and was looking at a quick fix way, I have been taking adios but there hasn't been a any weight loss!!!
I can't go to a gym as I am a single parent to a two year old so don't have time.
I have been looking on ebay but most of these are a con, someone suggested "chesteze" but boots no longer stock this.

Anyone any ideas?

  • I can't talk from personal experience but I really don't think buying slimming pills off the internet, especially ebay, is a good idea. Could you fit in a 20 min brisk walk a day? it would be much more beneficial.

i have two kids and work full time, if you want to you can find the time. sometimes im doing my exerise dvd at 10pm, for 25 minutes. personally i like adios, it does work for me but ive always taken 2 or 3 at a time (it says 1-2) but they cant do any harm. NEVER buy pills off eBay, you dont know where theyre from or whats in them, what if you get sick and your kids around? i know that sounds drastic but it could well happen

    Hi Steph

My friend has been taking pills from a chinese herbalist with good results, are yours in a green and white capsule??

    Thanks

    Hi Sue

No these are red and pink they come in a blue and white box with loads of chinese writing on. They are possibly the same one but in a different colour capsule?

Thanks for the reply steph, do they suppress your appetite? My friend also says she has felt a bit hyper too.

  • I hate to be a big wet lettuce, but all these pills do is make you lose retained water, and make you feel sick instead of hungry. Sometimes they make you go to the loo loads. I find drinking tons of water - thirst is misinterpretated as hunger a lot of the time, have smaller portion meals and cut down on the carbs. Green Tea is good as this is proven to burn fat - a few cups a day will help, and not break the bank.

xx:beer: oh! If you drink try and cut down on the booze!xx

I don't really relish the thought of drinking green tea, can you buy a pill form of this from a health shop?
