Very happy.
Ordered £77 worth of Estee Lauder skincare from the Boots website Friday lunchtime. Usually do it when it has a free gift but that’s not till October and I needed it now.
Arrived Saturday am with the postman, £34.24 points credited today at the Advantage point thanks to the additional points discussed here!
Thanks Boots and MSE. :T :T

I would also like to express my lurrrvveee for Boots. I today received my Creative Zen mini MP3 player with £62.99 worth of advantage points! Who else would grant such a generous amount of loyalty points ?
(Not Argos and Homebase that's for sure!)"There are no pockets in a shroud..."0 -
Oooh can I join in too?
My son travels around in his free maclaren buggy, courtesy of Boots Advantage card.
My sisters b'day perfume was another advantage card glory.
And I'm still using up my body science goods, skin kindly bust firmer (yes I look like madonna in her Vogue days) and countless No 7/time delay/botanics goods that were all free too.
Gawd bless yer Mr Boots.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Boots just refunded my sun glasses at full price even though I had them for two months and didn't have the receipt.
They were scratched while in their case, so they could easily have blamed me.
I really doubt they're in profit!0 -

I love the way the staff usually try to juggle your purchases/points coupons to get you the best offer. I've had shop assistants sitting there deep in thought as they tried to figure out how to get me the best deal. It's a good idea to go to those special customer evenings they have in the run up to Christmas - the staff are usually falling over themselves to give you points and freebies. I got some stuff from Clarins on the last one and there was a free gift with purchase. The girl gave me the freebie and then dived under the counter and I could hear her moving stuff around. She eventually emerged with another 2 freebies she had left over from a previous offer!0

its a shame, i can't go to *customer evenings* as i can't see in the dark and public transport is rubbish in the evenings - i wish they could one time have a *customer daytime* so i could join in but i kow they can only do these special events after normal business close so i jsut have to miss out.
i mean if i can't play with the advantage point during the day anyway how do i expect to participate in something in the pitch dark? wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh at not being able to use the machines even though there are four in our branch. can't see them properly and cusotmer service email dept. can't help with it.my advantage_card is like gold dush0 -
adding more love for boots.
I sent my OH to collect the free huggies starter kit through the parenting club.
We only realised when he got his statement through that he hadn't given them the voucher, and as it scans at £24.99 before the voucher deducts it he had paid for it.
I was annoyed as it's good for a freebie, but not worth that much! and as we didn't have the reciept I thought it a lost cause.
I just got off the phone to them and they are crediting my advanage card with 2499 points. They took my word for it, and didn't ask to see the bank statement or the voucher.
Hoorah for boots!
and Booo for dimwitted men..heheeMembre Of Teh Misspleing Culb0
