What are my rights?

I recently purchased a course from ICS (only last week infact) i paid in full and I had a promotional code so I managed to get the cost down to 300 something pounds, i had a conformation email saying that that amount had been charged to the card. Anyway on the weekend I checked my bank account to see if it had gone through, and yes the same amount had been taken.

However when I recieved my course materials I noticed on the invoice that they had taken 400 something pounds, thinking this was a misprint I investigated on my account status on the ics website, and there it said that I have paid 400 something pounds.

How is that possible? And how can I claim that money back? I have sent them an email asking why they have done that as I wanted something in writing, but haven't had a reply yet.

I hope someone can help please!

    I'm slightly confused.
What does your bank say has actually left your account?
If the confirmation email says your course cost you £300 and they've taken £300 out of your account then ignore the invoice/account status on the ICS website.

If the confirmation email says your course cost is £300 then that is what you should've paid so if they've taken more from your bank account you should be able to claim it back as they've taken more money than they said they would.
