So annoyed with Quidco

Hi all
Am so upset with Quidco :mad:
I went to the Betfair link from and email they sent me on the Friday before teh Grand National advising that if I opened a Betfair account I would receive £50 cashback. When clicking the link I go straight into my account (always logged into Quidco) and clicked through the Betfair. Betfair have confirmed today that I linked to them from the Quidco site as the free £25 bet code was entered automatically but Quidco are still insisting that I wasn't logged in and won't pay out.
Has anyone else had this problem?????
