Bluetooth Earpeice

I'm after a bluetoooth earpiece for the car and was wondering if anyone could recommend any. I've had one for years that has a loop behind the ear but never found this comfortable. Do any of them fit into the ear like in-ear earphones? I don't want to get an actual device for the car as I don't want to be bothered taking it out.
Any ideas.

Motorola have a really tiny one that plugs into the ear hole. the M5 headset.
You can also get stand alone speakers which do hands free. Clip to the sun visor. They have batteries.0 -
I use a Parrot Mini kit which clips onto your sun visor.
Good sound quality, excellent battery life
