Revenge is sweet!!!
How did you get the voucher, I ordered the Marx Bros DVD but they cancelled my order (should have paid P&P for next day!) Do I need to write to Customer services and hope they send me a voucher?Seth.0 -

Why would choosing free delivery be a bad thing ? Are Amazon less likely to honour this misprice if I chose free delivery ?
The free delivery means they have MORE TIME to cancel the order, and check the prices. Their T&C allow them to cancel if items are underpriced.
You best bet if they cancel all or part of an order might be to write to CS and hope they send you a voucher as a good will gesture.Seth.0 -

I'm not sure that it actually makes any difference which delivery option you choose. They both get dispatched at the same time, but one might take longer to actually get to you.
I would also warn anyone against changing their delivery options, as I did that with the Amazon price errors the other day, and my dispatch went back 10 days (before later being cancelled!!), as it seems to put you right to the back of the queue again, and that was only about 30 mins after my original order.0 -
I had my confirmation email for order, with free delivery as i added another item, hope they don't charge the full price? will they after i,ve had it confirmed on my email?:T It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice. :T

No chances are they will just cancel your order.
It is against the law for them to charge you more.0 -

They will email you to let you know that the price was a mistake and your order has been cancelled. You never know though they might miss it.
Fingers crossed for you.

I just emailed customer services telling them how shabbily we had been treated in that some people have had thier orders fulfilled and that I had been told by a friend that they had received a gift voucher as an apology and received a £5 voucher soon after. Not sure If I should try for more now!
