Hi: when I started up my laptop today I got a message saying Java(TM) SE Platform Binary has failed. Then Windows Problems & Solutions came up with a suggestion of downloading the updated Java Suite, which I did and everything appears okay now. However, do you think I need to uninstall the older version - the reason I'm asking is: when it was installing the updated version it was installing "patches" - what do yout think??Tact: getting your point across without stabbing someone0
