Parking ticket for wrong road
Last Friday I parked outside my house which has a marked bay, but at the time I parked it was within the clearway times (8am-9.30am). I was parked at 9.05am and got a ticket.
Ordinarily not a problem, my mistake, I'll pay it.
I noticed today however, that the ticket has the wrong road name where the offence occurred. The road it names is about 150m away from where I was parked.
Does anyone know if this would be grounds for appeal?

Yes I would say so. The ticket is invalid as it has not been filled in correctly.
Just write back to thenm stating that you were not parked in that road at that time, but were in fact parked on your street and since the ticket was not completed correctly then it is invalid and you don't want to hear anymore from them and if they do wish to pursue it you will be contacting your lawyer...etc.....0 -

Wouldn't that be admitting to parking illegally though. I would just say you weren't parked there and maybe not state where you were parked.0 -
That's what I thought too. Might be worth the risk of missing the 14 day deadline.- = I also recognise the Robins and beep for them = -0
