How to Sell Shares

Hi
Can someone give me some advice. I wish to sell some shares in a company (plc). I have the share certificates but have moved house since the shares were bought. I notified the company of my new address but have never received the annual accounts since then.
Presumably they still have me living at my old address. Will this course a problem if I sell the shares?
Thanks

Hi,
it may be because the registrars didn't receive your change of address notification, I take it you don't get dividends either.
Do a search for your registrar, this one, used to be Shareview/LloydsTSB, seems to be the main one.
You can sign up, and change your address online, if I remember, you need the account/roll number from your certificate, you may need to try both addresses to sign up.
You can also sell through them, but if you do a search you will find somewhere cheaper.0
