NHS bashing is many peoples favourite subject, so i would like to post a positive thread for a change.
Went to A&E to get my eye socket checked for a suspected fracture after a rugby game.
Everyone was lovely and polite, place looked spotless(from what i could see with my good eye;) ), and i was in and out in under an hour. Including getting a series of facial x-rays done. Well done NHS. 5 stars:D

I agree with you, the NHS is pretty good.
Is really hypocritical when people start knocking it, but they dont pay to go private so its obviously not that bad.0
