This rules out any offence under the Insolvency Act re using similar name. I'm not however convinced that the Liquidators/Receivers do not have information. I'd have to trawl but can't imagine they could destroy records within 2 years, as normally anything relating to such things is minimum 3 years and more than likely 6 years.
Tiggrae mentioned getting details of the professional indemnity insurance - that's what you need to go after if possible.
Other possibility is to get shareholder and director details of the dissolved company. Only people that would have this are liquidators (or possibly companies house). Then compare to existing business - and if the links are as expected ... i'd say press could be an option.

So why did click financial only have a comsumer credit licence in 2005 if they were trading before click finance??

Where is states Authorised - Click Life Limited have applied to cancel, now wouldn't that mean again to stop these actual firms from trading and being authorised?

Goodness knows and we know he did run the other Click that dissolved because I had this confirmed on the paperwork from Companies house....strange that !!!

(they are obviously covered now by the FSA but not when we had the loan).

But the point is they said they were trading before click finance limited and it looks like they were not trading before 2005???

So what would this mean now then ?
If the documents I received from Companies house state he was the director of these as from 2001 ?
