changing to ebico - is it southern electric?
Hi,
I changed online to ebico for gas and electric prepayment meters. The confirmation letter has come through but its from southern electric. Ive read on a previous thread that SE do the admin for ebico, so I'm wondering if theres been a mix up or if it will still be the ebico tarriff. (I have tried to phone, and am still on hold!)
Anyone got any thoughts? Thanx.

you should be on a equipower or equigas tarriff, which is ebico, all the paper work will be from SSE and will be southern electric headed.0
